What?

Once decisions have been made about the purpose of the peer review, the reviewee can think about what should be reviewed to achieve the given purpose. Typically, peer review of teaching is associated with classroom observations. However, teaching goes beyond classroom performance and, thus, peer review could include planning documents, such as unit guides, teaching material, assessment tasks or marking.
